Ingredients:
10 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt
2 teaspoons chili powder (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat
Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside
Stack up 5 of your tortillas and cut tortillas in half. Cut each half into small triangles. Do the same with your 5 other tortillas
Arrange tortilla pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer. It’s okay if some are overlapping. Drizzle your lime juice and olive oil mixture over the tortilla pieces. Sprinkle a small amount of salt and chili powder over the tortilla pieces.
Toss the tortilla pieces using clean or gloved hands, evenly coating all the pieces.
Arrange them back into a single layer
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the chips are golden.
